What You’ll Be Doing

As the friendly voice (and problem-solver!) on the other end of the phone, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will include:

Customer Conversations – Answering inbound calls & emails, listening carefully, and understanding customer needs.

Sales With Purpose – Turning inquiries into sales by offering the right solutions at the right time.

Customer Care – Supporting clients, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships.

Team Collaboration – Working alongside sales and operations to keep everything running smoothly.

Staying Organised – Keeping accurate records in our CRM and staying on top of opportunities.
