We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Skilled Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labour tasks as directed by supervisors or project leads.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of structures or equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or safety to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a skilled labour role is essential.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is essentia.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or plans is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
