The Opportunity
This is not a corporate management role.
This is an opportunity to become the operational leader within a growing SME, working directly alongside the Operations Director to ensure the business operates efficiently, consistently, and is ready to scale.
Essentially you will be an Operations Integrator as much as a Manager and you will act as the central point of coordination for the operations team, ensuring priorities are aligned, standards are maintained, and operational activities are delivered effectively across all three brands.
You will be responsible for inventory planning, supplier management, operational systems, process improvement, and team coordination, helping transform a successful business into a highly scalable operation.
As the Operations Director gradually transitions into a more strategic role, you will become a key conduit between senior leadership and the operational team, providing day-to-day leadership and ensuring operational excellence across the business.
