Pizzeria I Fratelli – Southampton

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza & Pasta Chef to join our team at Pizzeria I Fratelli, a family-run Italian restaurant in the heart of Southampton.

The Role

You will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and pasta dishes while maintaining our standards of authentic Italian cooking.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas to a high standard
Prepare and cook a variety of pasta dishes
Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean, organised kitchen
Follow recipes and maintain consistent portion sizes and quality
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Work well as part of a small, friendly team

Requirements

Previous experience as a Pizza Chef and/or Pasta Chef
Good knowledge of Italian cuisine
Able to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Good teamwork and communication skills
Food hygiene knowledge is an advantage

Location: 46 Oxford Street, Southampton, SO14 3DP
