Position: Home to School Transport Drivers - Driver Role

Responsibilities:

Safely transport Special Needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centers
Operate effectively, ensuring safety and flexibility while supporting the company's overall operation
Establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and key personnel at the establishments they attend
Maintain the vehicle in a roadworthy, clean, and tidy condition at all times
Be available for both morning and afternoon shifts on all school days

Driver Responsibilities:

Hold a valid UK driving license
Drive a company-supplied vehicle, including cars, 8-seat people carriers, and larger wheelchair-accessible vehicles (all drivable with a car license); previous experience is beneficial but not essential
Secure and maintain the provided vehicle at a safe and convenient location
Be 25 years of age or above for vehicle insurance purposes
Pass an enhanced criminal record check, as you will be working with children, young persons, and/or vulnerable adults
Complete a medical to comply with licensing standards
Have the right to work in the UK
