We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and become a key point of contact for a designated portfolio of customers.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, is highly organised, and enjoys building strong relationships across customers, sales and production teams.
You will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, artwork is managed efficiently, stock levels are maintained, and customer requirements are communicated clearly throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Act as the internal point of contact for a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally within agreed timescales.
- Build and maintain positive, effective relationships with customers.
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales and production teams to ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
- Provide support and cover for the wider Customer Service team during periods of annual leave and sickness.
Order Processing & Management
- Accurately process customer orders onto the database using customer purchase orders.
- Raise configurator and repeat orders with the Order Team.
- Monitor customer requirements and work closely with Production to manage and achieve agreed delivery dates.
- Maintain the priority board and ensure all relevant updates are communicated to customers and the Sales Team.
- Manage the delisting of plates and coordinate their disposal when required.
Artwork Management
- Process customer artwork and cutter guide requests.
- Ensure artwork is correctly allocated to the relevant orders.
- Make amendments and updates to artwork in line with customer and Sales Representative requirements.
- Send and follow up artwork approvals to support effective production planning and delivery schedules.
- Proactively communicate production delays caused by outstanding approvals and work with the Production Coordinator to amend delivery dates where necessary.
- Managing and maintaining artwork tracker for all accounts across the business
Stock & Forecast Management
- Accurately produce and report customer stock information using the database, production stock sheets and invoices.
- Regularly review and update customer stock records to ensure information remains accurate.
- Produce and manage stock and forecast reports, identifying when customer call-offs and production runs are required.
- Proactively communicate stock requirements and forecasts to customers.
- Accurately record upcoming product launches and delistings and use this information to provide informed and proactive customer service.

- Proactive in identifying potential issues and finding solutions before they affect the customer.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across Customer Service, Sales, Production and Order teams.
- Accurate and methodical when processing orders, stock information and artwork.
- Able to develop and apply technical knowledge to support customers effectively.
- Experienced in customer service, account management, order processing or a similar role would be advantageous.
