Overview

The Administrator will provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the pension administration team, ensuring that pension-related records, documentation, correspondence, and member enquiries are processed in a timely and professional manner. The role requires excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, organisation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain pension administration records accurately and efficiently.
Handle routine pension administration tasks in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Prepare letters, emails, forms, reports, and other pension-related documentation.
Maintain accurate member and scheme records, ensuring information is kept up to date.
Respond to member, client, and third-party enquiries professionally and within agreed timescales.
Assist with pension calculations, data checking, and the processing of member transactions where required.
Input, update, and retrieve information from pension administration systems and databases.

Pay: £15.38-£21.21 per hour
