We are a small, established e-commerce business looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support our day-to-day operations.

The role includes preparing supplier reorders and purchase orders, monitoring stock and deliveries, liaising with suppliers, maintaining purchasing and operational records, and providing general office and administrative support.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, accurate and comfortable working independently within a small team.

Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role is essential.
