We are seeking an energetic and motivated Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead our established and experienced team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will manage role allocation, recognising the different management styles required to allow different members of the team to perform to their best. You will work closely with the owner/manager to develop the business, ensuring efficient processes and a culture that is responsive to changing needs.
Our independent coffee shop prides itself on a friendly welcome, knowing our regulars, and providing high quality home baking and simple, high quality home made soups and freshly prepared sandwiches and paninis. You will bring with you skills that include baking experience (home or professional), short order food prep, and barista skills.
