Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Domestic Roofer to join our expanding Roofing & Maintenance Division based in Stevenston.
You'll be carrying out a variety of roofing works on domestic and residential properties, including:
- Full re-roofs
- Roof repairs
- Slate and tile replacement
- Leadwork and flashings
- Chimney repairs
- Fascia, soffit and guttering installations
- Roof inspections and maintenance
Our work covers Ayrshire, Glasgow and the Central Belt, with occasional travel further afield.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can represent the Opal brand to the highest standard.
Essential:
- SVQ/NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Roofing Occupation
- Strong knowledge of slate and tiled roofing systems
- CISRS Scaffolding Qualification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Skilled Worker Card
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to health & safety
Desirable:
- Experience in leadwork
- IPAF and/or PASMA
- First Aid at Work
