Full job description

Job Summary :

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Clinical Safety team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities :

Provide day to day project support to the clinical safety department.
Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases.
Manage and maintain main mailbox and assist with triage.
Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports.
Assist with case processing activities as delegated.
Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

A-levels - desirable, GCSEs – requirement (English, Science and Maths grade 6 - 9/A - C).
Administrative experience is beneficial.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Knowledge of medical terminology, and an interest in clinical trials/drug development – desirable.
Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
