Jump 360 Stockton part-time job vacancies for Court Marshals available for shifts mainly on weekends and school holidays. All applicants must be able to work weekends and must be 16 or older. All department specific training will be given so no specific prior experience is required. All part-time vacancies pay national minimum rate / national living wage rates. Any successful candidates will have the opportunity to be trained in other areas of the business, such as reception, café and as Birthday Party Hosts. Our part-time vacancies are ideal for college/ university students who want to work mainly on weekends, and who want additional hours during school holiday periods.

Located in the old collectables building just off Portrack Lane, Jump 360 Stockton is the North East's original Trampoline Park. This exciting park is great for kids and grown ups alike to have some healthy fun.
Job Description:
Our Trampoline Park Supervisors (Court marshals) supervise and look after our customers whilst they are using our inflatable activity areas. They are the key to ensuring customers have a fun and safe visit with us. Think of yourselves as an trampoline lifeguard who is there to ensure all jumpers are being safe as well as having the best possible time. Please note marshals are required to be able to work school holidays and most weekends.
Tasks:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist customers entering the trampoline arena
- Administer the safety briefing and explain the rules for each area of the park
- Monitoring the trampoline areas and ensuring that all customers are using the equipment safely and bouncing within their ability.
- Monitoring customer’s wristbands to ensure they are on the correct session
- Attend to any injured visitors within your designated area (and clearing the court and alerting management for a first aider if necessary)
- Helping with close down cleaning schedules at the end of the day.
- At times you may be required to assist in other duties as required i.e. potwash, clearing tables in the upstairs viewing area, toilet checks etc.

- Health & Safety knowledge
- Leadership & Ability to Work as part of a team
- Ability to speak in front of large groups
Experience:
Previous work experience involving face-to-face customer interaction and customer service in a fast paced/ leisure environment would be advantageous. Any first aid qualifications would also be beneficial (but not essential).
