Full job description

We require, for our Buxton office, a full time paralegal to work in our Conveyancing department. Experience preferred. Aptitude, organisational skills and self-motivation are among the key attributes we are looking for in the successful candidate.

Salary is dependent upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors.
Conducting searches and handling post-completion work.
Providing excellent client service and administrative support.

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential conveyancing is preferred but not essential.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple files and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
