Children’s Residential Support Worker
Sudbury
£14.45 - £15.15 plus approx. £3,000 to £6,000 sleep- in allowance pa. (£62.64 per sleep-in, working approx. 6-8 sleep ins per month) From April 1st 2026
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

What do you need?

We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and emotionally resilient.

Great communication skills, positive and energetic.

Experience and qualifications in care or transferable skills such as police, education, youth justice or working with vulnerable people.

Ability to remain calm during sometimes challenging situations.

Full UK Driving licence is essential.

You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
