- Experience in the lettings and management property industry required.

- Knowledge of drawing up tenancy agreements.

- Experience in signing up new tenants and landlords.

- Handling complaints

- Chasing up overdue rents and overseeing debt collection.

- Handing emails requests from tenants of maintenance issues of properties and arranging the repairs.

- Invoicing clients for payments and sending out rent statements and payment sheets

- Customer service skills required to deal with face to face customers

- Email and phone enquire of properties.

Skills required:

- Knowledge of Microsoft excel and word.

- Good communication skills

- Able to multi-task

- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable and good attendance

- Able to work by themselves and work using own initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
