Full job description

Job Description:

We’re a fast-growing exterior cleaning business looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join the team, with the aim of becoming the second man in the business.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role working across residential and commercial properties. You’ll be primarily looking after a regular window cleaning round and also cleaning and assisting on larger jobs such as: gutters, fascias/soffits, roof cleaning and pressure washing.

Experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person. What matters most is attitude, work ethic, and reliability.

What the job involves:

Window cleaning (traditional & water-fed pole)
Working at height (ladders and roof work where required)
Assisting with roof cleans, gutter clearing & pressure washing
Travelling between jobs in company vehicle
Delivering a high standard of work and customer service
Keeping equipment and van clean and organised

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence with no claims or points (essential)
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Comfortable working at height (ladders/roofs)
Reliable with good timekeeping (non-negotiable)
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience preferred but not essential
