The Role
This is a full-time position.
As our Veterinary Practice Coordinator (Client & Finance), you will be at the heart of practice operations. This hybrid role combines front-of-house client coordination with dedicated roles in finance, administration, and collaboration.
Alongside reception and client support, your role will include finance tasks, insurance processing, reporting as well as regular collaboration with management to review performance, systems, and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Finance, Insurance & Admin
- Invoicing, payments,
- Supporting and tracking insurance claims
- Producing simple reports
- Participating in regular meetings with management to review workflows and performance
Client Coordination
- First point of contact for clients: phone, email, walk-ins
- Booking appointments, managing reminders, check-in/out
- Guiding clients on services, fees, and care options
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and shared areas
About You
- Highly organised and comfortable juggling varied responsibilities
- Confident communicator with a calm, professional manner
- Detail-oriented, particularly with finance and records
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
- Experience in admin, customer service, or finance preferred
(Veterinary or healthcare experience is a bonus, not essential)
