About The Role

Panel Technician

Marshall Paint and Body Repair Centre Newbury

At Marshall Paint and Body Repair Centre Newbury, we’re looking for a confident and detail-focused Panel Technician to join our expert body repair centre and deliver exceptional vehicle panel repairs for our customers.

In this role:

You’ll repair or replace damaged or compromised bodywork panels and chassis, ensuring every vehicle meets our high-quality standards.
You’ll accurately apply the best repair methods using industry-leading tools and equipment.

We’re looking for:

Someone with proven experience as a Panel Beater who has worked in either a main dealer, ARC (Accident Repair Centre) or bodyshop, able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Someone with an industry-recognised qualification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered), such as IMI or City & Guilds.
Someone who is comfortable following established processes and procedures, and complying with Health & Safety standards.
Someone who can work both independently to meet targets, and as a team to ensure the smooth workshop operations.
