Job Summary
We’re looking for a part time self employed Property Inventory Clerk to conduct inventory checks, tenant checkouts, and property visits for rental homes in Swindon and Surrounding areas
Visiting rental properties to conduct inventory reports, checkouts, and property inspections as well as a range of other property reports. You’ll visit a full array of properties from large country properties to city centre flats and student properties.
Using a tablet/app to record property conditions and update
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and letting agents for move ins and key handling
Ensuring reports are accurate and professional, via an online dashboard ready for sense checking
No experience necessary as full training will be given to the right person
(Between 10 - 20 flexible hours a week)
What we are looking for.
✔ Someone with a keen eye for detail and good organisational skills
✔ Good command of written and spoken English
✔ Confident and friendly when dealing with tenants and landlords
✔ Own car , a full clean driving licence and smartphone/tablet and willing to use as part of the role
✔ Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently (will be DBS checked)
We offer a competitive, performance-driven pay structure designed to reward results and dedication. Earnings range from £400 to £1,500 per month, depending on individual performance, consistency, and achievement of agreed targets.
