Full job description

Synergy is a leading Implants and Cosmetic, award-winning dental group in the North-West of England. We are dedicated to investing in our people, in line with our philosophy of lifelong learning. We are currently looking to recruit a Treatment Coordinator to join our ever-expanding team in line with our ambitious growth plans.

TCO experience is a bonus, but we're more interested in your experience as a Dental Care Professional.

Job Description:

Report writing Taking photographs throughout treatment
Taking trios scans and sending to the appropriate labs
Uploading patient photos and scans to Invisalign for the dentists (they only need to complete the prescription then)
Finance applications with patients – if reception busy
Making case studies for all dentists in their practice that complete the big 5.
Maintaining great relations with patients
Treatment Co-ordinating including Dental Implants, Orthodontics, Cosmetic Treatments.
Trios scan all new private patients and NHS patients when referred by the dentist
Discuss the Treatment Menu and options with patients using before and after pictures, website, models, Scan etc.
Take a patient testimonial after the treatment.
Encourage reviews – Google, Facebook, NHS choices.
If they are the implant nurse also they will need to order implants and nurse for the implants.
Closely work with dentists to keep track of treatment.

Starting from £15.75 per hour
8.30am – 5.30pm
Full Extensive Benefits Package

Pay: £15.75-£18.00 per hour
