The DDaT Transformation Programme Co‑ordinator supports the delivery of the Trust’s digital transformation portfolio by coordinating programme documentation, monitoring milestones, and maintaining governance records. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage risks and reporting across multiple projects, and close collaboration with clinical, operational, and external partners. As a key support function, the postholder ensures programme transparency, consistency, and adherence to agreed methodologies, contributing to effective system‑wide transformation.

Main duties of the job

Coordinate and manage; people, processes and paperwork
Work with key stakeholders
Work as part of a small team
Providing programme management support
Coordinate and facilitating project meetings
Produce monthly reports
Develop post project evaluation reports

Demonstrable experience of managing projects within a programme, in the NHS or similar complex organisational environment with multiple stakeholders.
Credible and reputable team player, able to positively build working relationships in team activities and partnership meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of adhering to processes for project and programme management with accompanying policies/protocols, governance tools and communications to support their implementation.

Skills

Essential criteria

Demonstrable communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to draft project documentation and present reports.
Experience of Risk Management Frameworks, Managing Risk and Reporting
