What you'll be doing

This is far more than a customer support role.

You'll become a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them get the very best from Franscape while identifying opportunities to grow their business and ours.

You'll:

Lead customer onboarding and deliver engaging online demonstrations.
Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Conduct regular customer success reviews.
Identify opportunities for additional users, products, training and consultancy.
Generate referrals, testimonials and case studies.
Work closely with Product and Technical teams to continually improve the customer experience.

Is confident presenting and communicating with customers.
Is organised, proactive and self-motivated.

Skills & Experience

Ideally you'll have:

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development or a commercial customer-facing role (preferably within SaaS).
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
Confidence delivering online demonstrations and training.
The ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.

Experience within franchising, multi-site businesses or membership organisations would be an advantage but isn't essential.
