The Role
We’re looking for a reliable labourer who wants to be part of high-quality projects and learn specialist roofing and cladding systems.
You’ll be working alongside experienced installers on technically detailed builds — not basic site work. Would suit school or college leaver.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with installation of roofing & cladding systems
- Handling materials (metal, membranes, insulation, etc.)
- Supporting skilled trades on detailed installs
- Keeping site organised and safe
- Learning specialist techniques on the job

Requirements
- Previous construction or labouring experience preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn a skilled trade
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Own transport is a bonus
- Reliable and punctual

Self-Employed Criteria
- UTR number (CIS registered or willing to register)
- Paid via CIS scheme
- Able to work on a subcontract basis
