We are an independent, high-quality bakery and patisserie who strive to offer premium baked goods and customer service.
Do you love the heat of the kitchen but crave a better work-life balance? We're looking for a baker – or a chef with a passion for the craft – to join our growing team.
You will be heading up the morning bake or afternoon brunch and preparing fresh items such as salads/sandwiches for sale in store. This is an exciting opportunity to join our newest bakery in the stunning Cotswolds Designer Outlet.

About You
You will be a fantastic ambassador of KNEAD and thrive on producing the highest quality of baked goods along side a new and exciting range of savoury items, from breakfast to lunch items and more. As a relatively new business, we encourage you to bring new ideas forward and strive to grow the business.
You will also need to be confident working within a small team acting as a role model in developing, training and coaching through appraisals and personalised learning and development. You will set the standards for your team to follow.
Main Responsibilities
- Have some experience working as a chef/baker or in kitchens
- Focus on professional growth, with skill development and various responsibilities under guidance from the Bakery manager
- Assist the Bakery team on a range of tasks
- Take a positive and proactive attitude to problem solving
- Encourage a friendly and passionate team environment
- Must be highly motivated, hygienic, and comfortable working to a busy schedule
- Be passionate about your work and happy talking to customers
