Mobile Role | South Coast & M4 Corridor

At Mitie, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Regional Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment activity across the South Coast and M4 Corridor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, influence hiring outcomes for one of the UK's leading security employers, and play a pivotal role in attracting the very best talent into our business.

The Role

As a Regional Recruitment Manager, you will own and deliver end-to-end recruitment activity for security vacancies across your region.

Partnering closely with operational leaders and hiring managers, you'll develop innovative attraction strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.

You'll be trusted to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, drive hiring performance, and contribute to regional workforce planning whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple security contracts.
Develop and implement effective attraction and sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain robust candidate talent pools.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
Manage recruitment campaigns to achieve hiring targets and service levels.
Champion an exceptional candidate journey.
Use data and insights to drive recruitment performance.
Support large-scale recruitment projects and business mobilisation activity.

About You

We're looking for a proactive recruitment professional who combines commercial awareness with a passion for delivering results.

You'll bring:

Proven experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition environment.
Ideally, experience recruiting within the Security sector or a related fast-paced operational environment.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
Exceptional customer service and candidate engagement skills.
The confidence to influence, coach and guide recruiting managers.
A solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
The ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
Flexibility to travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays.
