British Young Pilots is a fast-growing UK start-up on a mission to make aviation accessible, exciting and achievable for young people. Through weekend clubs, school programmes, holiday clubs and online experiences, we introduce 11–16 year olds to real flying skills, confidence and a genuine love of aviation - all taught by real pilots.

We’re expanding rapidly across the UK and need a bright, organised Junior Administrator to join our HQ team in Reading and support every part of the business.

The role
This is an excellent first full-time role after A-levels (or equivalent). You’ll get stuck into a wide variety of admin tasks that keep our clubs, schools and young pilots flying high.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting day-to-day administration across all our programmes (weekend, evening, school and holiday clubs)
Helping with bookings, enquiries and parent communications
Maintaining accurate records and systems
Assisting with scheduling, room/venue coordination and basic logistics
General office admin and team support as we continue to grow

Who we’re looking for

Someone finishing (or recently finished) A-levels / equivalent who is ready for their first proper job
Organised, reliable and keen to learn
Friendly and professional when dealing with parents, schools and colleagues
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and happy to learn SharePoint
Excited by the idea of working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven start-up

No previous office experience required - just the right attitude and a willingness to get involved.
