About Us

Universal Print Finishers Ltd is a well-established and respected print finishing company based in Nottingham. We specialise in high-quality finishing solutions for the print industry, working with a wide range of clients across the UK. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and reliability.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Print Finisher / Machine Operator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will operate a range of finishing equipment and help ensure jobs are completed to the highest standard, on time and in line with customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

Operating finishing machinery (e.g. folder, guillotine, glue line, inkjet printer, etc.)
Setting up and maintaining equipment for production runs
Quality-checking finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency
Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Assisting with other general finishing tasks as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in print finishing or a related production environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
