Working Pattern: Evenings and weekends, with flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods, matchdays and holidays where required.

We're looking for two enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants who are passionate about customer service and want to represent one of England's most iconic football clubs.

About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for every supporter who visits our store.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll help deliver excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of the store.
️ Welcome every customer with a warm and friendly approach.
Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.
Replenish stock and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
Process cash and card transactions accurately.
️ Ensure all products are correctly priced, tagged and displayed.
✨ Help maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
Keep the shop floor and stockroom clean, organised and safe.
Support with deliveries, stock replenishment and stock control.
Help achieve individual and team sales targets.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive team environment.
Remain vigilant and support loss prevention by reporting any suspicious activity.
