Full job description

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Service Growth Manager to drive the growth of our existing client base while supporting new business development and ensuring the successful delivery of our specialist services.

This is a varied leadership role, combining account growth, business development, client relationship management and operational delivery. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to expand our services, strengthening client relationships and ensuring that commercial growth translates into consistently high-quality service delivery.

You will work closely with our Commercial, Operations, Client Services and Business Development teams, helping to shape account strategies, improve performance and deliver sustainable growth across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

Grow existing client accounts through cross-selling, service expansion and strategic account development.
Build strong client relationships to maximise retention, satisfaction and long-term value.
Lead and support the Business Development and Account Management teams, monitoring pipeline, sales performance and revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Oversee the delivery of specialist services, including Building Safety Case (BSC) projects.
Coordinate resources and teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.
Work closely with Commercial, Operations and Client Services teams to ensure successful client delivery and onboarding.
Monitor commercial and operational performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Coach and develop team members and promote a strong culture of quality and customer service.
Support ISO 9001 and wider quality and management systems.

About you:

Proven experience in business development, account management or commercial management.
Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities.
Strong commercial awareness and a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
Excellent organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Desirable: Experience in specialist or technical services, Building Safety Case work, the built environment, operational performance improvement and ISO management systems.
