Remote Property Litigation Solicitor / Litigation Lawyer

Southampton, Hybrid Working | Full-Time

Salary £55,000 - £67,500 per annum

Plus:

The Opportunity

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer to join its growing team on a hybrid working basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property litigation professional who is looking for flexibility, autonomy and high-quality work without the need to commute daily. Both full-time and part-time applications are welcomed.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload comprising both Commercial and Residential Property Litigation, working closely with colleagues across the wider business while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a diverse caseload of Property Litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion.
Advising clients on a broad range of civil and commercial Property disputes.
Handling property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, possession claims and rights of way issues.
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements.
Conducting negotiations and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
Representing clients in court hearings and procedural matters where required.
Maintaining high standards of client care and communication throughout each matter.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Litigation Lawyer.
A solid background in dispute resolution and litigation.
Experience handling property litigation matters.
Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
A desire to be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
