Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and detail-oriented Property Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a keen eye for detail, you will be the first point of contact for customers. A background in estate agency/property management is advantageous but not necessary.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date .
Support administrative functions such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence management.
Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
General day to day office tasks.
Carry out viewings

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, ideally within property management or a related field.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Driving Licence and use of car essential.
