TLH Leisure Resort is entering an exciting new chapter. If you’re an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for operational excellence, people leadership, and creating memorable moments, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Your Opportunity

As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our multi‑hotel resort, overseeing day‑to‑day operations across Front of House, Food & Beverage, guest services, and safety standards. You’ll support the General Manager in driving performance, elevating service standards, and ensuring our teams feel motivated, supported, and empowered.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys leading from the front, and wants to grow within a dynamic leisure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth running of hotel operations across the resort
Ensure exceptional guest service through continuous monitoring and improvement of standards
Lead and support Front of House and F&B teams, ensuring systems and processes run efficiently
Manage deliveries, stock control, and operational administration
Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of team members
Build a positive, collaborative working environment with strong morale and engagement
Facilitate effective communication across departments
Champion safe working practices, completing risk assessments and monitoring Health & Safety compliance
Uphold company policies and lead by example in all areas of operation
