Job Overview

Lookingfor candidates who are able to work Monday - Friday.

Either morning or afternoons.

We are seeking a dedicated Pick and Packer to join our warehouse team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in materials handling, warehousing, and logistics within a dynamic environment.

The position involves physical activity, including lifting, and requires adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

You will be responsible for picking customer orders in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Carefully select and pack items according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Handle materials efficiently
Assist with shipping products
Conduct quality control checks to verify product integrity and packaging standards are maintained
Stock shelves and organise products in designated areas for easy retrieval and dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing area to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience in warehousing, picking & packing, or related roles is preferred
Knowledge of materials handling techniques and mechanical equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a regular basis
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfilment
Good understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and safety protocols
Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks throughout shifts

This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a physically active position within a busy warehouse environment. Applicants should be organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

The successful candidates will have to work Monday - Friday

Shift times available:

6am - 12pm

12pm - 6pm

Pay: £12.80 per hour
