Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive the overall success of the establishment. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team dedicated to delivering outstanding service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, hospitality skills, and team management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift
Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff including servers, cooks, bartenders, and support personnel
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards and consistency in every dish served
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas
Coordinate food production activities, including supervising food presentation and ensuring timely delivery of orders
Foster a positive guest experience by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining excellent customer service standards
Implement training programs to develop staff skills in hospitality, food safety, serving techniques, and culinary practices

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Extensive restaurant experience with a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Background in culinary arts or related fields is highly desirable; familiarity with hotel or barista environments is a plus
Hands-on experience in food safety protocols, food production processes, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Previous team management roles that showcase your ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively
Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices including serving standards, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
