Job Description

As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they remember. You will:

Welcome guests warmly, handle check-in/out, and manage guest accounts with accuracy.
Respond to calls, messages, and requests with professionalism and care.
Keep guest information and hotel procedures secure and confidential.
Support other hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Take every opportunity to upsell services and showcase our facilities.

We’ll provide full training on our systems and procedures, plus a one-night stay so you can experience the hotel from a guest’s perspective.

Qualifications

We believe attitude and personality are everything – we can teach skills, but not passion. To thrive with us, you’ll need:

A genuine willingness to learn and an eagerness to contribute.
Previous hotel experience (essential).
Experience with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud (essential).
A friendly, professional approach and fluency in English (other languages a plus).
