Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate served. Your expertise will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene. Duties

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring flavor, quality, and consistency.
Manage specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or pastry stations, overseeing food preparation from start to finish.
Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated work area, adhering strictly to food safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients within your section, assist with inventory control, and communicate supply needs promptly.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands while maintaining high standards.
Support junior kitchen staff through training and mentorship, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with high-volume service environments.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work seamlessly with the kitchen team.
Knowledge of serving procedures and guest interaction is a plus but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
