Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to inspire and guide our team toward excellence. This role is vital to ensuring smooth daily operations and driving sales growth. As a Team Leader, you will serve as a role model in leadership, communication, and customer service, empowering your team to deliver outstanding experiences for every customer. Your energetic approach will motivate team members and uphold organizational standards to achieve business objectives.

Duties

Lead and supervise daily arena operations, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to company policies.
Manage team schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to meet sales targets and operational goals.
Provide ongoing coaching and training to develop team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
Oversee merchandising displays, ensuring visual standards are maintained and products are presented attractively to maximize sales opportunities.
Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, recognizing achievements, and resolving conflicts promptly.
Maintain accurate administrative records including attendance logs, daily checklists, and inventory updates.
Communicate clearly with staff regarding company updates, promotional campaigns, and operational changes via phone or face-to-face interactions.

Skills

Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within retail or leisure environments.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others toward shared goals.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to ensure clear instructions and positive interactions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities.
Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records accurately.
Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and staff alike.
