With our experienced team we will make sure you have a solid introduction to our business, so you are on the right track for success. You will be working with a portfolio of clients from day one, you will have direct client communication and will be keen to develop relationships and value.
Day to day role
Reviewing client data, ensuring you have the information to complete the job, processing and maintaining clients’ digital financial records. Specific tasks that you will be working towards include:
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Managing credit control
- Processing and sending out sales invoices
- Processing and reconciling supplier invoices
- Preparing and send payments runs
- Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Process and maintain records using Xero
- Communicate with clients for outstanding information
- Be comfortable working with multiple clients on daily basis
- Payroll processing
- Reconciling to trial balance
- Building strong client relationships
- You will work alongside our Senior staff who will support you, and also give you ad-hoc assignments as and when required giving you exposure to various aspects of the business.
Academic Requirements
- AAT qualified or qualified through experience
