An exciting opportunity has arisen to for a Programme Manager to join the Programme Management Office within Corporate Services. They will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining the Force Change programme of work
Collating programme level information and preparing escalations to the Force Change Board
Supporting the South Wales Police Delivery plan, ensuring all objective and deliverables are monitored, reported and escalated as appropriate
Maintaining oversight of the force governance structures to support Chief Officers
Working with BCUs and Departments to provide advice and guidance on business change and benefits
Managing a team of project managers and project support officers, including workload prioritisation, performance, wellbeing and developmental opportunities
We are looking for candidates with experience of programme and project management, excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication skills and good organisational skills.
