NIPO is a brand-new premium dining concept, bringing together the bold flavours of Brazil with the elegance and precision of Japanese cuisine. Opening soon on Newcastle Quayside, we are building an exceptional front of house team and are looking for passionate, energetic and service-focused individuals to join us from day one.

This is more than just a waiting staff role. It's an opportunity to be part of the launch of a unique restaurant where exceptional hospitality, attention to detail and memorable guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do.

What We're Looking For

A warm, friendly and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium restaurant environment.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering outstanding service.
Confidence working as part of a team while maintaining high standards.
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality venue is desirable but not essential for every role.
