Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to contribute to a variety of design projects, supporting our marketing and product development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Create and amend technical data sheets to accurately represent product specifications.
Develop clear and user-friendly installation guides for our product range.
Produce precise line drawings to support product design and marketing materials.
Design engaging social media content to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
Retouch location photography to maintain high-quality visual standards.
Design impactful magazine advertisements to promote our products and services.
Update the company website and sales tools to ensure current and accurate information is accessible.

Experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (Mac-based).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong skills in layout and typography for both print and digital media.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask when necessary.
Proficiency in image retouching to maintain high-quality visual content.
Meticulous attention to detail, including proof-reading all work to ensure accuracy.
Commitment to staying updated with new technology, software, and systems.
Strong conceptual thinking abilities.
Highly motivated with a willingness to learn new skills and software.

Desirable Skills (Not essential)

Knowledge of 3D software modelling/rendering software
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or similar
Email campaign creation and web design
