ROLE: Water Services Engineer
LOCATION: Birmingham
CONTRACT: Full Time

We're looking for an experienced Water Services Engineer to deliver water hygiene compliance, remedial works, and plumbing services across multiple client sites.
Role Responsibilities
Complete a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, and plumbing works.
Carry out remedial plumbing tasks including dead leg removal, pipework insulation, water heater installation, and cold water storage tank installations.
Maintain customer water logbooks and complete all required documentation in line with current guidelines and company policy.
Take and record water samples across multiple property types in accordance with company procedures.
Carry out water system cleaning and disinfection in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8.
Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) and complete associated plumbing tasks.
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
Previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
Experience in plumbing remedial works (e.g. pipework modifications, tank installs, TMVs).
Basic IT skills, including use of Microsoft packages and mobile/tablet systems.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Desirable
Recognised plumbing qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
Knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems and compliance standards.
