Hours: 40 hours per week worked over 5 days- Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support children aged 0–5 as part of our nursery team
- Be a key person for a small group of children, building strong, secure relationships with children and their families
- Champion inclusive, high-quality, curiosity-led education and care
- Spending your time outdoors in our wonderful Forest style learning environment
- Use our WonderWorks Approach and “Planning in the Moment” to support learning and development
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to create inspiring environments
- Stay current with legislation, safeguarding and best practices
- Model a commitment to child protection, equity and collective care
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Full and relevant Level 2/3 Childcare Qualification OR a Forest school teaching qualification
- A genuine passion for outdoor based learning and inclusive practice
- A caring, personable and kind personality
- A positive approach to learning new things & personal growth
- A team player
- A love of nature & the outdoors
- Happy to embrace working outdoors- in all weathers
- This is a great opportunity for newly qualified Early Years professionals (college leavers), or anyone currently studying towards an Early Years qualification. A highly experienced team can support you with your journey in Early Years Education & Care.
Desirable :
- Experience with preschool aged children (3-5 years old). Can be through industry placements OR from paid roles.
- Understanding of diverse communities and families
- Film, creative industry experience or interest
- Forest School or outdoor learning qualification or experience
- Interest in Reggio Emilia, forest school or child-led approaches
