Full job description

We welcome applicants with no experience as we provide a full induction and ongoing training and development for our staff.

✅ We pay a weekday rate at £13.80 including travel time with an enhanced weekend rate at £14.00 per hour plus 45p per mile✅ This is for rural calls only. Town rates £13.45 weekdays, £13.80 weekends.

People Support are looking for care workers/carers to join our established branch. We provide care and support to people in their own homes, ensuring individuals remain safe and independent whilst achieving their daily living needs.

If you feel that you have the Passion, Empathy and Dedication to become a Care Worker / Carer.

We have morning shifts, evening shifts and sleep ins available in the Welshpool area.

Role & Responsibilities of a Care Worker

You will be expected to support with;

Personal Care
Medication Support
Light Meal Preparation
Light Domestic Tasks
Companionship
Manual Handling tasks (using a hoist or steady)
End of Life care
Over night / Sleep-in care and support
