About Us

Sovereign Automotive are a leading taxi credit hire and accident management company, supporting professional taxi drivers following non‑fault road traffic accidents. Our service-driven approach ensures drivers are back on the road quickly with compliant, fully licensed taxi replacement vehicles.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Depot/Fleet Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in managing fleet and depot operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and supporting the overall efficiency of our logistics functions. The successful candidate will utilise their excellent communication abilities, and organisational expertise to coordinate various administrative tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for handling all internal and external admin to ensure accurate collation of information enabling the licencing team and depot to arrange deliveries and complete packs in preparation for invoicing.

Assisting in arranging vehicle delivery and collection logistics.
Filing and scanning fleet documentation.
Ensuring fleet files and up to date and correctly recorded including documents for hire vehicles, recovered vehicles and council paperwork.
Assisting in answering driver and client queries.
Ensuring London licenses are up to date and booking in inspections
Ensuring semi-annual MOTs are completed as and when necessary
Answering fleet calls and assisting clients with fleet vehicle issues
Any other duties reasonably requested by management.

Training

You will be given full on the job training and support when starting your roles and throughout your time with Sovereign Automotive.

What we ask of you?

Experience in a high-volume administrative environment is advantageous.
Must be computer literate, with experience using Microsoft applications.
Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and hard working.
Must have a pro-active approach to problem solving with a high attention to detail.
Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
Ability to participate in teamwork and provide additional help when resources are stretched.
