Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Ringwood or Mudeford Office (approximately 10–15 minutes from Bournemouth)

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our friendly and well-established conveyancing team.

Based in either our Ringwood or Mudeford office, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected local firm with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding client service. Both offices are conveniently located just a short drive from Bournemouth town centre, offering an ideal balance of accessibility and a more relaxed working environment.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
New build transactions
Shared ownership matters
General residential property advice

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.

About You

The successful candidate will:

Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or possess equivalent experience).
Have experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
Be well organised with strong attention to detail.
Be a proactive team player with a positive and professional approach.
