Full job description

The Role

The LLP would be interested in hearing from applicants who have worked within Employment Law. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years PQE and be able to demonstrate their organisational skills, meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a team environment, whilst managing client expectation.

Key Responsibilities

Report to Head of Employment
Oversee and advise other members of department
Oversee and ensure maintenance of work and fee income targets
Report on performance
Liaise with client both in person or remote meetings and in telephone discussions
Receiving and issuing correspondence / mail from / to the client, agents on behalf of the client and third parties
Time recording all work undertaken
Attending outside appointments to include court hearings, client visits etc. as required
Areas of work to include Employment and general advice
Generate new work for department and firm

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified Solicitor of 3+ Years
Adherence to Quality and Work Management Systems
Achievement of Targets
Compliance with Job Description
To maintain Lexcel accreditation including completion of file reviews and CAR's
Flexibility in support of other members of staff
