Experienced Groundcare Machinery Salesperson – Robotic Turfcare Solutions

OTE £80,000+ | Excellent Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission | Exciting Growth Market

Here at AMS Robotics, we are looking for an experienced Groundcare or Robotic Machinery Salesperson to join our team and help drive the growth of our robotic turfcare solutions.

This is an opportunity for an established groundcare sales professional to move into one of the most exciting and rapidly developing areas of the industry. You’ll be selling innovative robotic mowing and robotic range ball collection technology to professional customers, helping them reduce labour requirements, improve efficiency and transform their groundcare maintenance.

For the right salesperson, there is a genuine opportunity to earn £80,000+ per year, with strong earning potential as our business continues to grow.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing sales of our robotic turfcare solutions across the professional groundcare market.

Your role will include:

Developing new business, following up on inbound leads and managing existing customer relationships.
Selling robotic turfcare solutions to professional and commercial customers.
Identifying opportunities within golf, sports turf, contractors, local authorities, education, estates and other groundcare sectors.
Carrying out customer visits, site assessments and product demonstrations.
Building relationships with key decision-makers.
Managing opportunities from initial enquiry through demonstration, quotation and close.
Representing the business at demonstrations, exhibitions and industry events.
Working closely with our technical team to ensure customers receive the right solution and excellent aftersales support.

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who already knows the groundcare machinery industry and knows how to sell.

Ideally, you will have:

Proven experience selling professional groundcare machinery or equipment
A strong understanding of the UK groundcare and turfcare market
An existing network of industry contacts
A successful track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
The confidence to demonstrate machinery and explain the commercial benefits of new technology
A proactive, self-motivated approach to territory and account development
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience in selling equipment to golf facilities
A full UK driving licence

Previous robotic machinery experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential. More important is your groundcare knowledge, sales ability and enthusiasm for bringing new technology to customers.
