Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Generator to join our sales team! In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind identifying and qualifying potential clients, fueling our sales pipeline with high-quality leads. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help establish meaningful connections with prospects, opening doors for our sales team to convert opportunities into lasting partnerships. Duties

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to identify potential business clients and generate qualified leads.
Engage prospects through professional and persuasive communication in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding of their needs.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track lead status, and manage contact information efficiently.
Qualify incoming inquiries by assessing client needs and determining their fit with our services or products.
Collaborate with the sales team to transfer high-potential leads for further engagement and conversion.
Maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions during outreach efforts.
Continuously improve outreach strategies based on feedback and campaign results to maximize lead generation effectiveness.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles, demonstrating successful lead generation results.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and interactions.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to expand outreach capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently during cold calling or outreach.
Experience working with CRM tools and maintaining detailed activity logs to ensure seamless follow-up processes.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Previous exposure to sales environments that require persistence, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
