The Role
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead high-end residential projects from concept to completion. This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and client care within a fast-paced, boutique environment.
Location: This role is in-person at our studio in Tetbury, Gloucestershire, a charming Cotswold town renowned for its historic market streets, artisan shops, and inspiring countryside. Tetbury provides a picturesque, creative environment, and a close-knit community, ideal for collaboration and immersive design work.
Work Flexibility: The role is primarily in-studio, with occasional flexibility to work from home once fully integrated into the team.
Start Date: The position is available immediately.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in high-end residential interior design
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Strong conceptual and spatial design skills
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of bespoke detailing and construction processes
- Confident client-facing presence
- Highly organised and solutions-driven
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and positive environment
